Sea Hawk IV in Navarre Beach

The Breezeway is a spacious townhome, over 2000 square feet, with three bedrooms and three bathrooms
for all the privacy you need. We are Gulf Front and located on the private West End of Navarre Beach away from the crowds and high-rise condos. If you like pristine white sand, Emerald water and privacy, then this is the place for you. There is no need to "get an early start" to secure a place on the beach. There is plenty of room and the beach is never crowded. We offer a large carport and
parking area. If you have a boat, we have room for it also. You can relax on our fully furnished patio or step off of the deck onto the beautiful white sands of the Gulf.

The masster bedroom is furnished with a king size bed with night stands and lamps. It has a large TV and DVD player. We offer a spacious sitting area overlooking the Gulf. Just open the sliding glass doors and you enter your own private balcony. There is a private bath and dressing area.

Guest bedroom one has a set of twin beds plus a bunk bed over a full size bed. There is a TV and DVD player. It has a private bathroom. Thru the large oversize windows you have a perfect view of the intercoastal waterway.

Bed room two has a new king size bed, a TV and private bathroom. It also has large oversize windows
that you can enjoy the view of the intercoastal water way.

The kitchen is fully furnished to include a new refrigerator, microwave, smooth top stove with oven and dishwasher. It has a full complements of coffee pot, toaster, blender, pots and pans, dish's, silverware and glass's. It is all complemented by the new granit counter top and breakfast bar
which seats 4. We offer a full size, sit down, dining area. We also have a fullsize utility room with a new washer and dryer.

The living room has a beautiful Italian leather oversize couch and a new 48" flat screen TV, DVD and VHS players. All of this with a breath taking view of the Gulf. Just step thru the door onto the oversize deck that is furnished with Cypress deck chairs and rockers.

In addition to the two decks we have a large patio on the ground floor with a shower for your use when returning from the beach. It has a large swing to relax in. There is a new BBQ grill for your cooking enjoyment.

If you enjoy jogging/walking or bicycle riding there is a paved 3 mile plus trail for your pleasure
with no traffic worries. There is a rental shop when you come onto the beach where you can rent
bicycles, kayaks and beach supplies. There are ample towels for your use. Not just 2 per person
and yes, you can take them to the beach with you.

When you leave, be sure to take your FREE "THE BREEZEWAY" coffee mugs home as our gift to you. We
offer 2 free per rental. They will be on the counter waiting for you.

We are very proud of our "home away from home" and know that you will be too.

We have a wonderful zoo just 10 miles away, great restrauants and fast food outlets. For your
shopping we have Public's, Winn Dixie and of course Wal-mart. All of this just minutes from our
home.

This is a NO SMOKING unit. We do not rent to college groups. If this is violated, your deposit will not be refunded and you will be required to vacate immediately
