This cozy, secluded cottage is a Rescue from the hustle bustle of city life. Just a few blocks from
miles of sandy beach and the pristine Netarts Bay. Enjoy crabbing, clamming and boating and still be
within a few blocks of 4 restaurants, grocery stores, pizza, burgers and a wonderful coffee & ice
cream cafe.

This 3 bedroom, 2 bath cottage .
The master bedroom has a private deck
There is a spacious back yard, fire pit and deck .
The living room amenities include a cushioned window seat for reading or
viewing, a raised hearth fireplace, cable TV with DVD/CD features.
The kitchen is light and well equipped.

The rates are based upon an occupancy of 6.
The Off Season rate is $105 a night + cleaning fee - 2 night minimum $682.50 a week
The High Season rate is $115 a night + cleaning fee - 2 night minimum.-$747,50 a week
The Peak Season and Holiday Rate is $125 a night - + cleaning fee - 3 night minimum - $812.50
Security Deposit of $150 required of all Guest Stays (to insure against breakage, replacement,
damage costs)
Sanitizing Fee $90-125 (dependent upon occupancy)
Pet charge $10 a night per pet.
Pet Security Deposits will be $100 per pet (refundable).
