The living room has multiple chairs and sofa seating.
All bedrooms have a view of bay and jetty. 

Parking for 4 vehicles, and a boat.

The kitchen is light and well equipped. All new appliances, including disposal, dishwasher, washer/dryer, stove/oven, fridge/freezer.

The rates are based upon an occupancy of  6 persons but can sleep 9 max.

Introductory Rate $150 a night, based on 6 person occupancy. Additional persons $10 per person per night.

State Lodging Tax 1% ($1.50 a night), Housekeeping is $100-150 and is based on occupancy of 6 persons. 

Security Deposit $150 (refundable if no claims for damage or excessive cleaning).
