The upstairs great room has a CD player, satellite TV and DVD/ VCR.
The master bedroom has a TV/DVD as well.

All fees subject t change.  Please call our Office for current rates, Guest Agreements  & additional information.                                                    The rates are based upon an occupancy of 6, but the home sleeps up to 12 max, if at least 4 are
children.
The Off Season rate is $140 a night - $840 per week - 2 night min.
The High Season, Peak Season and Holiday Rate is $175 a night - $1050 per week - 3 night minimum.
The cleaning fee for this home is $125-$150 and is based on occupancy.
