The Loft Bedroom has 2 day beds with trundles that sleeps up to four.
The brand new 4th bedroom downstairs off the theater room has a new queen size bed.
The third bedroom has a King sized bed, which can be made-up as 2 extra long twin beds, if needed.

There is a BBQ and outdoor furniture for relaxing on sunny days.

The rates are based upon an occupancy of 6, but the home sleeps 14 max.
Off Season $165 a night, $1072 a week, 2 night minimum
High-season $190 a night, $1235 a week, 2 night minimum
Peak and holiday season $215 a night, $1397.50 a week 3 night minimum
Minimum Week Stays during Summer months (June 15 thru August 31)
Pet charge $10 a night per pet.
Pet Security Deposits will be $100 per pet (refundable).
Your house-broken dogs are welcome here, for a fee, but no more than two and no heavier than 30 lbs.
The cleaning fee for this home is $100-$150 and is based on occupancy.
