The property has huge "PICTURE" window with a GRAND VIEW of PIKES PEAK in the living room. Beautiful wood paneling creates a "LOG CABIN" feeling in the dining room.
Enjoy comfortable ITALIAN LEATHER FURNITURE in the Living Room, GRANITE COUNTER TOPS in the kitchen, beautifully furnished and decorated THREE PRIVATE BEDROOMS, FORMAL DINING for eight persons. All beds are covered with hypoallergenic zippered mattress protectors and all pillows are covered with Clean Air allergy relif liners for allergy and stain protection.
Fully EQUIPPED KITCHEN has an electric stove/oven, an overhead microwave, a dishwasher and a garbage disposal for your convenience.
The door off the breakfast room leads to the large fenced backyard with a PATIO. You will find there a patio furniture set for six, a huge umbrella and a BBQ grill.
There are two private entrances, lighted off-street parking. 
We have smoke detectors installed for your safety. There is a fire extinguisher under the kitchen sink.
King Soopers and Walgreens is a 5 minute walk, and Safeway is a 3 min drive from the cottage.
Gas BBQ Grill is located on the patio in the backyard. Patio: Patio furniture includes six chairs, good size patio table for six and a huge umbrella. Fully fenced big backyard.
