Mt. EVANS Cabin in historic IDAHO SPRINGS offers wonderful MOUNTAIN views and a great LOCATION. Just 30-35 min from Denver, take I-70 Exit MT EVANS and you will a walking distance to National Historic District of Idaho Springs with fabulous shopping, dining and sightseeing.
The property is located right in the very heart of Front Range Area with all of the attractions surrounding it. Most are 3-15 minutes away. You will find more information and visitor guides in the house.

The Mount Evans Scenic Byway is America's highest paved automobile road and offers many outdoor activities. Mount Evans is the road into the sky. Drive from 8700 feet at Idaho Spring where you turn of Interstate 70 to 14,240 feet to the summit and you will pass through three life zones, passing ancient trees, lakes and forest to the land above timberline. It can be 90 degrees in Denver and 40 degrees at the top of Mount Evans. Mountain Goats and Bighorn Sheep will greet you as you climb to the top of the world.
You might see a buffalo herd off I-70 on the way to the cabin: watch for the sign: "BUFFALO HERD OVERLOOK".

The cabin has 2 PRIVATE BEDROOMS, a bathroom, living room, full kitchen, LARGE DECK with a great MOUNTAIN VIEW and patio furniture. You can observe some wildlife right from the deck of the property - deer visit us at sunset!( please see the picture)
