Finally! You now have a chance to stay in the best ski-in/out
location in Mt Crested Butte! With exceptional views of the peak Mt
Crested Butte, the owners of the Crested Mountain Condominium
Association have opened up their LOFT for public use.
This condo is a basic studio condominium with 4 twin beds (2 day beds
& 2 trundle beds) and 1 comfortable and wide roll-a-way bed. The
kitchenette is equipped with a small refrigerator,
microwave, double hot plate, toaster, blender, crock pot, pots & pans
and the many utensils necessary for simple cooking. Dishes,
silverware and glassware also provided.
Downstairs from this loft room, is the bathroom with large dressing
area, large walk-in shower and private toilet room.
Just step outside this condo to enjoy the common area hot tub with
the best view of the last skiers coming down the hill at the end of
the day for your apres ski time!
Take 1 step off of this deck from the hot tub and you can step into
your skis or board and ski or ride to the two main lifts (Red Lady
Express and the Silver Queen) at the base area.
An easy walk to the many shops and restaurants in the Mt Crested
Butte base area or to the Town Shuttle bus stop which will take you
to the Town of Crested Butte where you can find many more shops,
restaurants and night life to enjoy.

Discover the historic mining town of Crested Butte! During the winter
premiers the ski slopes hosted by the Crested Butte Mountain Resort.
Downhill skiing and snowboarding are the most common
activities in the winter, but you can also snowmobile, sled, cross-
country ski and ice-skate. In the summer, discover the Wildflower
Capital of Colorado in the many surrounding mountains with 4-
wheel trails, hiking trails, mountain biking trails and horseback
riding trails! Just 40 miles away is the Blue Mesa Lake (largest
lake in Colorado) where you can rent a boat for fishing, water
skiing or even try your hand at wind surfing. Approximately 26
miles away is the small town of Almont where you can find plenty to
keep you busy--either fly fishing, white water rafting,
kayaking or duckying!
