Main house:  Huge deck with fabulous views, in-deck jacuzzi, wireless internet, high-def widescreen TV, Ipod hook-up and
CD player, DVD player, fully stocked kitchen, cathedral wood-beamed cielings, modern furnishings,
newly remodeled master suite with Italian tile and rainshower, outdoor dining and lounging, gas
grill, firepit, piano, and more. Kid stuff includes mini dining table, highchair,
kids utensils, stepstools, toys, bunkbeds, crib, and full playroom!

Guest house:  large deck, wireless internet, DVD player, Ipod hook-up, fully stocked kitchen, high cielings, bright and airy, queen bedroom, airmattresses and crib.  Kid stuff includes blow-up tub, step stool, highchair, kids utensils, and more.

neighbors' goats and sheep, relaxing on the deck watching the sun set over the valley, vineyards,
and apple orchards, and viewing the incredible starry skies that follow!
You are in gorgeous countryside yet minutes to Healdsburg, Sonoma, Sebastopol, Gratton, Occidental,

Full property rates (Main house plus guesthouse):  Generally 1 week minimum, $3240 ($400 + $200 per night, 7th night free + 10% discount for renting full property).
2 days $600/night.  3-5 days $540 night. (these rates include 10% discount for renting full property)  Major holidays 30% extra.  Additional: Security deposit of one night's rent. Cleaning fee of $200. Applicable sales tax.
