own in-suite bath, king size bed
and private balcony. The second bedroom has a queen size bed and a

bedrooms are on the second level of this stilt home along with the
two baths, kitchen, living &
dining rooms and upper balconies with gas Bar-B-Q. The 3rd bedroom is
very spacious (15x20)and
located on the lower entry level, has a queen size bed, computer
station w/high speed internet, a
sink and its own private covered patio area that connects to the back
yard and garden. There is a
large entry foyer and inside laundry room with front loading washer
and dryer on this lower level as
well. From the foyer there is a spiral staircase leading to the
upstairs main living level. There is
also an outside staircase to the balconies. You can also walk 1 block
to the neighborhood park,
Lazarillo Park, that has 4 tennis courts, a brand new childrens
playground, covered picnic area and
a scenic sidewalk meandering through it. Best of all are the gorgeous
quartz sand beaches of the
Gulf of Mexico and the beautiful, charming historic Pass-a-Grille
area on this southern tip of the
Pinellas County peninsula. The beaches are not crowded and a
beachcombers paradise and shell seekers
dream. You are only 15 minutes from downtown St. Petersburg (Salvador
Dali Museum) and just 10
minutes to award winning Ft. Desoto Park. The 2008 World Series Tampa
Bay Rays Tropicana Field is
