as a Florida’s best kept secret. Our luxurious and modern villa is located in a beautiful and
peaceful residential community of Rotonda West. Wildlife is beautiful and you are very likely to
see alligators in the canal. Rotonda boasts numerous superb golf courses, fresh water canals and
nature conservation area. The area is ideal for walking and cycling. Unspoiled white sandy beaches
along the Gulf of Mexico are only 10-15 minute drive away and the area is abound with good
restaurants, shopping and water sports. For a true shopping experience, Murdoch’s circle shopping
mall is 20 minute drive away whilst the Ellington Prime Outlet - a designer shop outlet - is a 1 hour
drive way in Bradenton

Our beautiful luxury villa has been furnished to highest modern standards. Our open air villa is
fully air-conditioned and also has a ceiling fan in each room as well as on the patio. The villa
backs onto a picturesque freshwater canal, which has an abundance of wildlife and is ideal for
fishing. The pool is solar heated and includes a child safety barrier which is easily removable.
For al fresco dining, there is a large patio table with six chairs and a barbeque. Pool side loungers
are also provided for. On entering our villa, you will see a spacious living Room, complete
with comfortable seating and 50 inch plasma TV with DVD player. This room has a lovely view of the
pool side area. In addition to the breakfast area, there is a separate dining area. Kitchen is fully
equipped with all modern equipment including CD player, coffee machine, kettle, mixer etc. From the
breakfast area, you can enjoy a beautiful view of the pool and canal through a panoramic window.
Master bedroom includes a luxurious king size bed, 32 inch flat screen TV / DVD player and an en
suite bathroom with oversized shower, large tub, twin vanity unit and toilet. It leads to a large
walk-in-wardrobe. Master bedroom has access to the patio and pool. Bedroom 2 includes a queen bed
and large closet. Bedroom 3 includes two twin beds and a large closet. Second bathroom is shared
between these two bedrooms. Large utility room is fully equipped with washing machine, dryer and
ironing board. Large double garage includes a pool table, cool box and two bikes for guest use. We
also have numerous pool toys, books and games for guests use. Cot and highchair can also be used by
guests. Our locally based, English owned management team will be available in the unlikely event you
have a problem during your stay so you can relax and enjoy your holiday. Free internet access and
