Bargain Studio w/ Fantastic Location Minutes to Ski Slopes! in Park City

This is my personal property which I use whenever I get a chance to
come and ski in Utah. It is
designed as a short - term accomodation, ideal for weeklong ski -
trip/mountain biking/art shopping
trips.

The unit is located in the Carriage House, located on Prospector
Blvd. (Approx. 3 - 4 miles from
Downtown Park City, walking distance to several restaurants and on
free bus route.) There is on -
site hot-tub (my unit is among the closest to the hot tub and pool!)
and pool.

Park City offers world class skiing, mountain biking, horseback
riding, back country skiing, world-
class restaurants (i.e. Stein Eriksen or Robert Redford's "Zoom") and
great art shopping on main
streets.

Skiing is absolutely amazing. My unit is less than 5 minutes (by
car) to Park City Ski Area, 10
min. from Deer Valley and 10 min. from Canyons.

Also, my unit is adjacent to Marriot hotel. I recall Marriot in the
past sending some of their
overflow to our units. THe advantage of being next (just walk
accross a pedestrian walk -way -
approx. 15 second walk!) to Marriot is access to great food, dining
as well as, a well - equipped
bar.
It takes approx. 35 minutes from Salt Lake City airport to get to
Carriage House. The association
has parking lots that are free.
It is a perfect place for two people to get up, go and sleep in
comfort! It is not a luxurious place
but has all the amenities to make it comfortable and pleasent stay in
Park City.

Please remember that this is a personal vacation studio and amenities
are as follows:
- Upon arrival you will find clean sheets & towels. The unit is
serviced only before and after
check-in/ check- out. However, at a fee daily service may be
arranged with local maid services.

- Nicely tiled bathroom, shower, vanity and hair drier
- Kitchennette with Microwave and basic cooking utensils (Plates,
cups, forks etc.)
- Cable TV
- 30 Gallon Water Heater
- Electric heater

- Ski, Ski, Ski 3 world class ski areas within 10 min. drive. 5 more
(Alta, Snowbird, Brighton,
Solitude and Ogden area ski areas within a easy access - approx. 60 -
70 minutes.)

- Backcountry access
- Shopping (Factory Outles at Kimball Junction - around 10 min. drive)
- Great Main Street
- Gourmet food and restaurants.

There is a three night minimum rental and all rates are subject to
10.40% tax (State Sales and
rental tax.) There is a one time $60 cleaning fee and a $300 Deposit
(refundable upon inspection of
unit.)
Nov. 27th - Dec. 1st - $65.00 p/night
Dec. 1st - Dec 18th - $85.00 p/night
Dec. 19th - Jan. 4th - $99.00 p/night
Jan. 4th - Jan. 14th - $85.00  p/night
Jan. 15th - Jan. 30th - $1,200 p/week or $1,750 for two weeks. (Or
$199 p/day - 5 day min.)
Jan. 30th - April 1st - $85 p/night
April 2nd - Nov. 27th - $75 p/nigth or weekly/monthly specials.
PAYMENT: 50% of payment + security deposit is due at the time of
booking and full payment for whole
period must be received no later than 30 days prior to check-in date.
