Vacation Rental Description

This is a wonderful remodeled 3 bedroom 2 bath lakefront home with a 
rocking chair front porch, a great lake view from the 15x22 rear 
porch, gentle 200 ft. walk to your own private dock. The inside has 
hardwoods in the kitchen and halls, and carpet throughout the 
bedrooms and living room. Very tastefully decorated and kept in top 
notch condition. Super fun your family will definitely enjoy.
"Cleanest cabin we've ever stayed in and the kitchen has everything 
you could ever need." The words of many guests. 

Vacation Rental Amenities

This 3 BR/ 2 Bath lakefront home with central heat and A/C has a 
queen bed in the master, satellite TV, a walk-in closet and separate 
shower and garden tub in the spacious bath. Two additional bedrooms 
feature queen beds and tv's. The living room 
features satellite tv, dvd/vhs player, stereo, and a fold out queen 
sofa bed. The eat in kitchen overlooking the lake features a 
breakfast room with with seating for 6, electric cooktop and 
oven,icemaker,microwave, coffee maker,dishwasher, blender and all 
utensils pots and pans. Laundry room with washer and dryer. A huge 
15x22 back porch with a gas grill, table for 6 w/an umbrella and a 
rocking chair front porch. All linens and bath towels provided. 
Grocery store 10 min. away, golf 10 min. away, and boat ramps within 
2 miles.

Activities and Attractions

Just 35 miles to I-20, close to Lincolnton,Ga., McCormick, S.C., and 
historic Washington, Ga. Grocery store within 10 minutes. Plenty of 
restaurants from down home cooking to seafood and low country boils. 
Some nightly entertainment at Little River Roadhouse as well as 
Savannah Lakes Marina. Golfing at Rocky Branch is just 10 min. away. 
Pontoon boats available for rent at nearby marinas. Boat ramps 
within 
a mile.

2 night minimum
Weekend 3 days/2 night .......$450
        additional nights.....$100
Weekly  8 day/7 nights .......$950
Inquire for holiday rates. (Masters,Mothers Day, Memorial Day, 
Fathers Day,4th of July, Labor Day etc.)
Inquire about monthly and midweek rates based on availability.
 
Cleaning fee $40.00 (No pets and No smoking allowed in the house)
Deposit: Half due to confirm reservations. Remainder due 30 days 
prior to check-in.
