to the beach or down to your car. No need to wait at the elevator. This unit is one short flight
up to your recently remodeled, luxurious beach front condo (of course the elevator is still
available if you prefer to ride instead).

You will love the new carpet and ceramic tile in this deluxe two bedroom/2 bath unit. The mirrored
walls surround you with gorgeous views of the Lagoon Pool, waterfalls, palm trees, tropical plants
and of course the beach. It is a tropical paradise in the center of Panama City Beach. The unit is
beautifully decorated and fully equipped for all your vacation needs and enjoyment.

This deluxe two bedroom condo has a large private balcony with a great view. The fully-equipped
Kitchen includes a Microwave, blender, Side by Side Refrigerator w/icemaker, Smooth top stove and
Dishwasher. Dishes, Glassware, Cookware & all utensils provided. Full size Washer & Dryer.

The beds include a King Bed, two Double Beds and a Queen size sleeper sofa.

Kitchen and bath linens are provided, but please bring your own Beach Towels!

For entertainment there are televisions with Cable/Satellite in the Living Room and each bedroom.
The Living room has a Stereo system, DVD, VCR and CD Player. Telephone and Wireless Internet are
provided.

Registered Guest Must be at least 25 years old and occupy the unit for the entire rental period.

Off street parking and parking for RV/Boat/Trailer available.

This is a non-smoking unit. No Pets.

Activities on site or nearby include Golf, Tennis, an Amusement Park, Zoo/Wildlife Park,
Sightseeing, Restaurants, Boating, Parasailing, Jet Skiing, Swimming, Snorkeling/Diving, Fishing,
Fitness Center/Gym, Cinemas/Movie Theaters, Miniature golf and the newly opened Pier Park shops and
restaurants.

Winter rates as low as $700 per week. Summer rates are $1900 per week. This does not include taxes
and cleaning.
