"Third Times The Charm" is a colorful 5 bedroom (including a bunk room) and 5 bathroom, 2800 sq ft
home located in a private 22 home gated community next to Rosemary Beach. The house has free WI-FI
broadband internet access and free long distance phone service. The gated community provides a low
density beach with a private access. No roads to cross and safe for children to ride bicycles. All
floors are hardwoods and/or tile surfaces with the exception the bunkroom which has carpeting.
The 3 story house is 3 zoned air conditioning and heating.It has 2 family living areas, one for the
kids and one for the adults.
The 1st level has a bunkroom for 4 kids and a bath. There is a 2nd master bedroom (king size bed)
with a private bathroom with enclosed shower. The "kids" living area has a TV/DVD with an XBOX 360
and a built in surround sound system. There is also a microwave and refrigerator for this level and
the outdoor pool area.
The 2nd level has a 19 foot cathedral ceiling housing the kitchen, dining area and living area. The
living area has a cozy gas fireplace, TV/DVD and a built-in surround sound system. There is a wrap
around covered balcony with outdoors speakers and Gulf views. The kitchen is full service with
granite countertops and all stainless steel appliances. The dining area has a built-in
buffet/service area.
There are 2 bedrooms with 2 bathrooms on this level. Each with queen size beds. One bathroom is
shared by the common areas and the other bath is private.
The 3rd level is the master suite which has a sitting area overlooking the 2nd floor that includes a
coffee niche, microwave and refrigerator. It has it's own wrap around balcony with Gulf views and
outdoor speakers for music. The bathroom has a jetted whirlpool tub and dual shower for two, all
done in beautiful slate stone.
The 1st level outdoor area has a heated private pool, outdoor speakers for music and a charcoal
grill. it also has a table to gather around. There is a one car garage and 2 additional off street
parking spaces that will accommodate a total of 4 cars or 3 SUVs.
