Very Clean, Simple, Affordable, Great Location in Intervale

You will love the central location of our guest house. It is a well maintained, simple farm house on
the Intervale resort loop. Tastefully decorated, with a bright new kitchen, woodstove, covered front
porch with 2 classic rockers and a deck out back off the kitchen which is a great spot to have your
morning coffee. The house is cozy and comfortable and the fully equipped kitchen and new beds will
make for a memorable stay.

Relaxation is the key here, No phone, No laundry, No cleaning. Worry about that when you get home
and enjoy your vacation now! If you really feel the need to do some laundry, there is a great little
laundromat 5 minutes away. We have a double oven, microwave, coffee maker, refrig, dishwasher,
crockpot, and griddle in the new kitchen. There are 4 twin beds and 1 queen bed with clean linens
provided. The 1 bathroom has a shower, no tub. The livingroom is kept extra cozy with a wood stove
and a fully stocked wood pile. There is a TV in the livingroom with basic cable or you can keep it
simple and have a game night with some of our many board games or puzzles. We live only 1/4 mile
away so we can immediately address any issues or questions you might have.

The possibilities are only as limited as your imagination.

If you have been to the Mount Washington Valley before you know we have everything from outlet
shopping to alpine skiing; miles of mountains to hike and miles of trails to bike.
