Winter Rental- Sept - May - Fully Furnished-Ask us about our rates.

A 50% deposit is required when booking the house.  The remaining 50% 
balance is due 30 days prior to arrival.  There is a security 
deposit.
Responsible for cleaning fee and utilities(tentant does not pay for 
water)
