Parkhopper Place - Windsor Hills Condo - 2 Miles from Disney in Disney Area

Parkhopper Place is our 1410 square foot, 3 bedroom, 2 full bath condo in Windsor Hills Resort. Windsor Hills is a gated resort with 24 hour security. Parkhopper Place is only a two minute walk through a landscaped area from all the resort activities and services.

After a long day parkhopping, you can relax at Parkhopper Place, swim in the lagoon pool with two-story water slide, you can stretch out on the king, queen or twin beds, watch cable or DVDs on one of the 3 flat screen 1080p HDTVs, play family games on the Sony Playstation 2, prepare a snack in the fully equipped kitchen, enjoy a cool drink on the lanai, do laundry, or just relax and enjoy your vacation.

Our unit is located in a quiet area where there is less foot and vehicle traffic, yet it is a leisurely 2 minute walk to the back entrance of the pool and clubhouse. You can park in front of the building or along the side and still be conveniently located near the front and back entrances of the condo. Because we are on the ground floor, we have a lanai with a screen door that opens out to the professionally landscaped courtyard, which is just steps from the putting green and basketball,  volleyball, and tennis courts.

The living room has plenty of space to spread out and enjoy the comfy sofa and loveseat. There is a 42-inch 1080p HD TV, DVD, Sony Playstation 2 with games, and cable in the living room, and 1080p HD TVs with DVD players in the two master bedrooms. Our local management company is available to assist you if you have questions regarding the condo, Windsor Hills Resort, or area attractions. A shuttle service from the clubhouse to area parks is also available for a fee.

Windsor Hills Resort has everything you and your friends and family will love
on your vacation. Of all the community resorts in the area, Windsor Hills offers the
most and best vacation amenities, including a lagoon-style, double-Olympic heated
pool, two-story water slide, hot tub, clubhouse, fitness center, game room,
video arcade, movie theater, sundry shop, 3 playgrounds, putting green, and tennis,
volleyball and basketball courts.  This is the closest rental resort to the Disney entrances.  You can leave your condo and be at the Disney Animal Kingdom in under 10 minutes.  You can be at the main parking lot in under 15 minutes.  This is faster than staying on Disney property and using Disney bus transportaion from some of their rooms.
