Five miles south of Clearwater Beach, this 3 bedroom, 2 bathroom
condominium is on the 3rd floor of a six-story building. "Reef Club"
unit #203 has a balcony accessible from both the living room and the
master bedroom and overlooks the heated pool, hot tub, tennis courts
and Gulf of Mexico with its white sandy beaches.

Our condo is beautifully decorated with Florida decor. Very clean and
well-kept. Bathrooms completely updated August 2008. Also, new LR furniture.
Wheelchair accessible and kid-friendly.

Disney World is only 1½ hours. Busch Gardens is a 30-40 minute drive,
30 miles from Tampa International Airport.

All ceramic tile floors, unit is approximately 1300 sq, ft, It has air conditioning, ceiling fans, wet bar, washer/dryer in unit, 3 cable TVs, 2 VCRs, 2 DVD players, games, videos, all dishes, utensils, linens, private covered parking, heated freshwater pool, hot tub, tennis court, BBQ grills.

The pool area has fencing and pavers on the decking area, We have awesomely comfortable bedding and terrific water pressure, The view at night is outstanding - the pool and hot tub lights are mesmerizing and the lighted palms sway graciously in the breeze. Listen to the surf lull you to sleep!

Cool feature - Sun Coast Trolley will take you from St Pete Beach to
Sand Key (Clearwater) daily with unlimited stops for one price.

Rentals within 5 miles: skiing, para-sailing, jet-ski, boats.  Clearwater or John's Pass Boardwalk Area.

Packed sand is great for jogging or walking on the beach! Great Seafood! Many
wonderful restaurants!

Shopping at world famous John's Pass Village!

Many attractions! 100 minutes to Disney, Seaworld, and all of the
attractions that are in Orlando and Kissimmee!

Other activities in the area include tennis, boating, fishing,
swimming, miniature golf, snorkeling/diving, sightseeing, and
restaurants.
