Rental rates are all-inclusive.  No other rental taxes or cleaning fees will be assessed.

Additional Rate / Policy Information:

• No pets or smoking allowed anywhere on the property premises.
• Signed Vacation Rental Agreement needed to hold reservation.
• Fifty percent of the Total Rental Rate is due at the time of reservation.  The balance is due 14 days before arrival date. 
• Reservations are subject to cancellation if payments are not received by the due dates.
• There are no refunds for early departure.
• Reservations made within 30 days require the Total Rental Rate due at the time of booking.
• This is a quiet neighborhood and loud parties are not permitted.
• A fully-refundable damage deposit of $300 is due 14 days before arrival date.  The amount will be refunded with 14 days of departure provided there is no damage to the property.
• Deposits are refundable if notice is received more than 30 days prior to the date of arrival.   A 5% booking fee will be deducted from the deposit refund.
• No refunds for cancellations within 30 days prior to arrival date.
• Cashier's Check, Money Order or Personal Checks are accepted.
