Guntersville Lakefront Cottage in Guntersville

Spend your leisure time away from it all in our cottage on Mill Creek which is located directly on
the water. We are located off Highway 79 midway between Scottsboro and Guntersville. We are in a
quiet, secluded area, on a private road with no through traffic. You will have access to more than
100 feet of shoreline and two fishing docks. Our cottage is fully furnished with fireplace, new
stove and a large deck. Our deck has built in benches, a picnic table and lawn chairs.

3 bedrooms, two with two twin beds and one with a single bed. Great room has a
large pull out couch with air mattress and a pull out loveseat with an air mattress. We have a 27
inch TV with cable, VCR and DVD player.  We have recently added internet access which our guests are free to use.  Kitchen is fully equipped and has a full sized
refrigerator, stove/oven/convection oven, microwave, coffee pot, blender and mixer. We have central heating and air conditioning. We supply bed linens. We have two
bathrooms - Bathroom 1 - Toilet, Combination Tub/Shower - Bathroom 2 - Toilet, Shower. We have an
outdoor Charcoal Grille. Pets are not allowed and non smoking only.

Fishing, boating, sightseeing. We are located 35 miles From Huntsville the home of the Space &
Rocket Center and Space Camp. Boaz shopping outlets are just 25 miles and Birmingham is 97 miles.
We are close to the newly opened Cathedral Caverns in Grant, Alabama and not far from Guntersville
State Park. We are also close to Goose Pond Colony. Your boat can be launched from Waterfront
Grocery which is five minutes from the cottage.

$675 - $800 per week
Check in time is 3PM and checkout is at 10AM. A $200.00 deposit is required to hold your
reservation with the entire payment due two weeks prior to rental at which time the deposit becomes
a damage deposit. This $200.00 will be refunded to you after the cleaning service has finished and
completed an inspection for damage and we have received the keys for the house back. If you cancel
reservations and the house gets rented for the week you reserved we will return your deposit. We
have a minimum of five night rental.

5 nights $775.00 for six occupants

6 nights $850.00 for six occupants

7 nights $900.00 for 6 occupants

There will be a $25.00 fee for each additional occupant up to 8 maximum
