Oceanside Duplex in Brant Beach

Only 3 houses to the beach, in Brant Beach. Central Air, large bath
and a large eat in kitchen. Decking accross the front. Lots of off
street parking provided. Home has been updated by new owners, new
siding refinished decking, repainted on interior with added
furniture, very quiet area. This is an extremely quiet street as we
are the only rental. We are also very close to the bay and there
is a Catholic church accross the street with an indoor and outdoor
pool that may be available for use for a small fee per family
member.
Quick mainland access as we are close to the causeway. Close to
parkway entrance for trips for golf courses and Atlantic City.

Washer and Dryer. Cable TV, VCR.
Outdoor shower with hot water. Propane grills, picnic
tables, and outdoor furniture. Two vehicle off street parking
per unit. We are only a hop skip and a jump from the beach and
our street gets no bay traffic for beach use, therefore, even the
most crowded weeks of the season the beach is like your own. You
will
enjoy!
