rooms can easily accomodate large or small groups.  The home was 
built with quality construction using extensive pine and granite 
throughout the home.

There are 5 bedrooms including 2 master suites on the main floor and 
3.5 bathrooms.  Private outdoor hot tub with stone paved patio and 
outdoor furniture are all comforts of this home.

We provide 14 unlimited swimming and tennis passes to the Sunriver 
community pools and tennis courts.

We offer a non-smoking and no pet home.

This home is loaded with many special touches to make your stay

Low Season:       $295.00/night  ~  Mid September through Mid June
High Season:      $395.00/night  ~  Mid June-Labor Day~7 night min.

Presidents Day    $395.00/night  
Memorial Day      $395.00/night  ~  3 night min.

Rates do not include the following:

-Fully refundable $250 security/damage deposit required prior to 
 check-in.
-Deschutes County & State Rental Tax of 8% applied and collected 
 with balance due.
-One time $125 cleaning fee collected prior to check-in.
-Seven night stay required during July & August - Saturday or Sunday 
 arrivals and departures.
-Confirmed reservations require 25% deposit with balance due 30 days 
 prior to arrival.
-Renters must be 25 years of age or older.
-No Smoking and No Pets.
