Deer Meadow Retreat: Private Valley with Hot Tub & Views in Divide

Our beautiful mountain hideaway is tucked away in its own private valley near the end of a cul de
sac road where the only passers-by will be yourselves. The meadow is graced with wildflowers and
frequently visited by wildlife including deer, fox and occasionally a bear. Relax on the front deck
and take in the panoramic views of pine and aspen forests on the surrounding hillsides. Soaking in
the hot tub on a moonless night will open up another world, with more stars in the sky than you
could have ever imagined.

And yet, your vacation paradise is conveniently located between Divide and Cripple Creek, less than
a mile off the main highway, on a county maintained road that is easily accessible year round. You
are only 45 minutes from Colorado Springs, 10 miles from historic Cripple Creek, and surrounded by
state parks, hiking trails and back road jeep trails.

The home, built in 1998, features new paint inside and out, new carpet and flooring, including
ceramic tile, and many luxury items such as an Italian leather sofa and new pillow top mattresses.
The decor is a warm mix of Southwestern and Mexican art, making each room a different experience of
color and flair.

After a busy day of activities or visiting the many local tourist attractions, you can wind down in
front of your beautiful southwestern tiled gas fireplace, enjoying dish TV, your own DVD's or some
of ours. The bedding is comfortably set up with 2 Queens, 2 Twins, and a futon chair in the living
room that will comfortably sleep a youth or small person.

You will never want to leave the beautiful Colorado Rockies after a few days at our "Deer Meadow
Retreat"!!!

Gambling, Museums, Scenic Drives, Fine Restaurants, Garden of the Gods, Cave of the Winds,
Florissant Fossil Beds, Seven Falls, Dinosaur Museum, Pikes Peak, Cog Railway, Royal Gorge...to name
a few!

WINTER ATTRACTIONS include sledding, snowshoeing, cross country on site, also snow mobiling and only
1.75 hours to Colorado Ski Country!

Choose from many scenic attractions and state parks for hiking, fishing, 4 wheeling, boating,
rafting, biking, horse back riding and leisurely drives. Visit the historical towns of Victor and
Cripple Creek ....museums, gold mine tours, old time railroad, gambling casinos, restaurants,
melodrama, special events and concerts. Nearby Woodland Park offers fine restaurants and tourists
conveniences, shopping and the Dinosaur Museum.

Also, drive up Pikes Peak and visit North Pole Amusement Park, Cave of the Winds, Garden of the
Gods, Seven Falls....and many more attractions in nearby Colorado Springs. You are also an easy and
scenic drive to Breckenridge and Colorado Ski Country!

May 01-Sept 15 ... $150/night or $900/week, based on 4 people; $5/extra person/nt
Sept 16-Apr 30 ... $115/night, based on 2 people; $5/extra person/night
2 night minimum; Holidays 4 night minimum and $150/night
50% Deposit required to book; balance due 45 days prior to arrival.
Cancellation Fee: 15% if cancelled prior to 45 days, no refund if within 45 days.

$150 damage and security deposit refundable upon exit inspection.
