Deposits A 50% deposit is due at the time of reservation. An
additional $500 security deposit, depending on the number of guests and
the length of stay, is required and refundable within 1 week of
departure.
General Policies
Please smoke outside house by pool, or second patio. Check-in and
check-out times are flexible according to your arrival times,
provided other guests are not departing or arriving on your dates.
Any major damage or loss (other than normal wear and tear) will be
deducted from the security deposit.
Cancellation Policy A minimum 30 day notice of cancellation is
required in writing or e- mail for a refund of a deposit. There are
no refunds for early departures and no-shows.

No video recording for any production unless owner notified and rate subject to change accordingly.

Parties/Events might be considered on a case by case basis and different applies.
