The unit has been completely remodeled in the Tommy Bahama style with beige carpeting, dark woods
and island decorations. The kitchen has dark 42" cabinets, granite countertops and tumble marble
backsplash. The kitchen is well equipped for a two-week stay or several months. Master Bedroom has a
king-size bed with a large private bath. Second bedroom has two twin beds. There is an extra fold up
bed stored in the closet. The partially covered veranda/patio has a table and 4 chairs as well as
two chaise lounges overlooking the pool, spa and ocean. This is the first floor with 5 steps down to
the pool and beach. The property slopes upward allowing for covered parking under the building. The
elevator is next to the parking space for easy access. The sliding doors from living room open to
the veranda/patio; The master bedroom has it's own patio overlooking pool and ocean.

Castillo del Sol has a white sandy beach with fishing pier for guests. The large pool is heated and
has table, chairs, umbrellas and chaises for your comfort. The fishing pier has a table and water
for cleaning your catch

Key Colony Beach offers,golf tennis and a marina for private charters and rentals. Marathon(1 mile)
has shopping, restaurants and other marinas that offer jet ski rentals as well as snorkling, diving
and fishing. Swim with the dolphins at Grassy Key Dolphin Research Center(3 miles); Drive 50 miles
and be in Key West for the activities every nite at sunset.
