This 3 BR, 2 BA house is located on a canal lot. Two queen beds are in two of the bedrooms and a
twin is in the third. Master Bedroom has its own bathroom. There is a deck in the backyard
connected via walkway to the dock wich can easily accomodate a twenty foot boat. A short ride by
boat will take you to Lake George. A deep water marina with a boat ramp which is open to the public
is located a half mile away.

House is fully furnished with washer/dryer, stove, microwave, coffee maker, dishwasher,
refrigerator, VCR, DVD/CD w/ surround sound, central air and heating, and a gas grill on back deck.
Sheets, towels, dishware, and utensils will be provided.

The Ocala National forest has trails designated for hiking, ATV's and off road vehicles. Lake
George is approximately 8 miles wide where the house is located and has some of the finest fishing
Florida has to offer. The lake is part of the St. Johns River which connects to the Atlantic Ocean
in Jacksonville, FL so in addition to freshwater fish, some saltwater fish, shrimp, and crab can be
caught depending on the season.
Canoe trips are available at the nearby Ocklawaha River, as well as snorkeling/ swimming at Silver
Glen Springs. (5 miles south by car or boat)
From this location it is only about a 90 minute drive to Orlando's theme parks, Daytona Beach, or
the Gulf Coast, making a day trip very reasonable to any of these destinations.
