We have found that our property is most enjoyed by people with discriminating taste who appreciates comfortable luxury.

The Tides offers 24 hour concierge and doorman, valet parking, state of the art fitness centers (2), two pools, game room and lounge areas.  The unit includes a 20” flat screen TV, 17" bedroom flat screen TV, CD/Stereo, microwave, refrigerator with ice maker, garbage disposal, high-end cookware, glassware and cutlery.  All bed linens and towels are brand new and top of the line.

The beach is our backyard. The Westin Diplomat our neighbor.  Close to the Fort Lauderdale Airport, Gulfstream Casinos, Aventura Mall and Shops, Hollywood Boardwalk and downtown Hollywood. Only 20 minutes to the shops and
restaurants on Las Olas Boulevard.

Rate depends on the season and length of stay. Owner charges a one time exit cleaning fee of $75.  Security deposit for a month or longer rental is fully refundable on departure. This is a non smoking apartment only. Please contact owner for specific rate information. Prefer 6 months during peak season but 3 or 4 is is acceptable.

July thru October - Special negotiable rates
December thru May - $1500 - 1900/month depending on length of stay
Weeks of December 21 and 28, 2009 - $1500/week
