home features an Asian style floor plan, with shoji doors for privacy,
open beamed ceilings, wrap around decks and magnificent views of
Kona's famous sunsets. The home was designed to take full advantage of
the prevailing breezes, with the ideal 900' elevation and excellent
cross-ventilation ensuring year round comfort

speaker sound system with multiroom remote control and CD collection,
cable TV, VCR, DVD player, ceramic woodstove for ambiance or those
cool evenings, master suite with queen size bed and master bath with
Jacuzzi tub, queen size bed in second bedroom. Nice office can also
serve as third bedroom.
Outdoor amenities include large wrap around lanai, Weber BBQ grill, 2
hammocks, and Mango, coffee, macadamia nut, banana, grapefruit, papaya
and avocado trees ring the property and guests are invited to help
themselves to whatever is in season

watching, plus the opportunity to swim and interact with the resident
pod of spinner dolphins. Also nearby is the City of Refuge National
Park - the most revered of old Hawaii's religious sites, while Volcano
National Park lies only one hour’s drive south.
