You will absolutely love our lanai, with atrium ceiling, windows right down to the ground, plenty of room for lounging and casual dining, and sliding-door access from several rooms in the house. It occupies the length of the house, with a sparkling pool big enough for lap swimmers, a party of splashing youngsters, or a rousing game of Sharks and Minnows! Ledge seating and easy walk-in steps make it accessible for all ages, and it's heated so that you can enjoy a midnight dip in winter without so much as a shiver. What a great way to relax in the evening . . . or to greet the sunrise at the beginning of another perfect Palm Coast day!

When you step inside from the lanai, you'll find the house so full of sunshine that at first you may not even notice the cool, smooth tiled floors and soft sandstone-yellow walls. Newly renovated, Eden Paradise has new furniture, appliances, and electronics, and you'll enjoy that "model home" feeling of immaculate cleanliness. You'll find all of the towels, linens, blankets, and pillows you need here, too, plus a laundry room to keep them (not to mention all those wet swimsuits!) fresh. Everything is provided, right down to free wireless Internet. All you add is fun!

The living room is spacious and relaxing, with comfy couches, an HDTV, VCR, DVD player, and plenty of floor space left over. Set up a jigsaw puzzle with the kids on the coffee table, watch a game on the tube, or update your Facebook status. This is the perfect family room for everyone to "putter" in!

Or, if that's a bit too indoors for your vacation mood, try our sunroom instead. wonderfully casual and calming, it's a nice mix of indoors and out!

You will probably eat most of your meals out on the lanai, but should you choose to dine indoors, you can choose among our sun-drenched breakfast nook, formal dining area (also bright and beautiful), and informal breakfast bar with stools in the kitchen. Pull up a chair and keep the cook company -- the granite countertops and new fittings are lovely, and the kitchen is equipped with all the dishes, utensils, and cookware you would need to cook a Thanksgiving meal for the whole family. (But don't; that's what takeout is for!)

After all the excitement of a vacation day, you want everyone to get a great night's sleep, and Eden Paradise assures you of this. Each of our 3 bedrooms has a brand-new bed! The master bedroom contains a king, along with an en-suite bathroom and sliding glass doors leading out to the lanai. You never know when you might want to step out and count the stars from the comfort of our poolside patio!

The second bedroom contains a queen-sized bed, and the third has 2 twins. Each room is nicely appointed, spotlessly clean, and designed for calm and quiet. A second full bathroom is convenient to these rooms, and everything is easily accessible in our one-level home.

If you are staying here with children, you'll appreciate our big grassy front lawn, partially fenced back yard, and beautiful landscaping. Big trees offer privacy and shade, while our wide driveway accommodates several vehicles easily. It's so nice to have a free, safe, off-street place to park!

We're just 8 miles west of Flagler Beach here, and minutes away from movies, shopping, and other treats. You'll love our family-oriented cinnamon-sand beach, with its spectacular sunrises, wide expanse of sand, and fun waves. It's the perfect place to spend the whole day, or to pop down to in late afternoon, when the sun is gentler and the kids are getting tired. Life is a little laid-back and a lot more pleasant here, and you're just going to love it. Come experience Florida the way the natives do! Eden Paradise is waiting for you!
