Casablanca Beach House, Luxury Beach Home, Sweeping Views in St Augustine

Here’s looking at you, kid . . . in Casablanca, our 3-storey oceanview house on beautiful Vilano Beach! With multiple decks and patios, a huge master suite, and the latest electronics, it's a luxurious place to stay. And it's just 2 houses from the beach!

Staying at Casablanca is a world away from a generic hotel room. Here you'll find space, homey touches, and most of all, character. It's fun to explore all the indoor and outdoor places at Casablanca, and we think you're going to make yourself right at home here.

One of your favorite places is destined to be the big second-storey deck, which stretches the full length of the house and offers sweeping views of the ocean. There's plenty of room out here for sitting, sunbathing, and even dining, and the views are simply spectacular. A smaller balcony leads off the master bedroom on the third floor, with even more panoramic views!

Just in from second-floor balcony on one end is our family room, with ultra-comfortable chairs, tiled flooring, a big HDTV with DVD player, and a terrific "come in and flop right down" feeling. Washed in sunshine from the sliding-glass doors, it's a great place to play, read, and nap. 

Adjacent to the family room area is an open space with a bistro table at the picture window and great views. And the formal living room is just past this, so you can use the space as one big room if you like, or keep the areas separate. Whichever you choose, there are plenty of very nice places to relax and enjoy! Separate sliding-glass doors lead out to the balcony from the living room, so there's plenty of room for comings and goings!

The formal dining room is just beyond these living areas, and shares in the terrific views. Our table for 6 is nice and big, but it you want something less formal, we also have a cozy round table for 4 in the family room. (It makes the perfect game table, by the way!) 

But the best is yet to come. Our kitchen is newly renovated, with granite countertops, wooden cabinetry, a stylish little breakfast bar beneath dropped lighting, and stainless-steel appliances. There's plenty of room in here for more than one cook, and you'll appreciate how well-stocked our supplies are. Pots and pans, dishes, glasses, utensils, flatware -- it's all waiting for you here. So if you get the sudden desire to bake cookies or prepare a homemade feast from the catch of the day, you won't need to pick up anything except groceries!

There's plenty of living and dining space at Casablanca, and the bedrooms are equally luxurious, particularly our master suite. This is on the third floor, with its own private balcony as well as a queen-sized bed, flat-screen TV, easy chairs, and en-suite bathroom boasting a huge walk-in shower plus his-and-her vessel sinks. Stylishly decorated and so private, this is a haven for you to return to after each action-packed day in Vilano Beach! You're going to get a great night's sleep, and you'll look forward to beginning each new day with a stroll out onto the balcony.

There are 2 more bedrooms at Casablanca, both well appointed. One has a queen-sized bed, the other 2 singles. And with 3 full bathrooms altogether, there is no waiting in line at our house! We've provided all the linens and towels you will need for every bed and bath, and you're welcome to use our washer and dryer to keep everything clean and fresh. Convenient and easy!

The ground floor at Casablanca offers another great space for relaxing and reminiscing. The patio is huge, with a rocker swing, casual seating and dining, and lovely landscaping. Property walls keep this area nicely secluded. It's the perfect place for everything from a birthday party to a quiet family dinner al fresco!

You're going to love staying at Casablanca. Our wide, family-friendly beach is just steps away, and historic St. Augustine is only a short car trip.
