Five miles away is the historic town of Venice with it's old Venetian style architecture and laid-back shops and restaurants to spend a lazy afternoon or grab some wine and cheese and go to the jetty in the evening to watch the sunset over the Gulf of Mexico.

Monthly Rates
January - $2400, February - $2700, March $2700, April - $1900, May - $1800, June - $1500, July - $1500, August - $1500, September - $1500, October - $1800, November - $2000, December - $2000.

Two-week Rates in off-season: May thru October - 2/3 of monthly rate.

Base rental rate includes utilities, local phone service, cable TV, and internet.

Other charges: security deposit - $400 (refunded 20 days after lease expiration); cleaning Fee - $100; tax - 11% of base rate for Florida short-term (less that 6 months) occupancy tax.

Payments: 1/2 rent and taxes due within 10 days of reservation; 1/2 rent and taxes due 45 days before lease start date; balance of cleaning fee and security deposit due 14 days prior to lease start date.

Check in 2:00 pm; check out 10:00 a.m.(early or late check in/out with owner approval.)
