Large one bedroom condo which is only 3 blocks from the lake. View the lake
from the front and view the pool from the patio. Our unit has a queen and a
twin bed in the bedroom and a sofa bed in the living room. There is cable t.v.
in the bedroom and living room. There is an elevator for your convenience.
Fully equipped, washer/dryer, utilities paid, just bring your clothes.

things. We are located less than an hour from Laughlin, NV for those who
like to gamble or see shows. Free shuttles leave daily if you don't want to
drive. For those who love to golf we have golf courses with a view of the
lake. And of course Lake Havasu is known for all it's water activities from
jet skiing to parasailing. Our condo is located within walking distance to
the London Bridge, restaurant row and the movie theater.
