movies and cable.
There is a master bedroom with a king size bed and its own bathroom with walk-in shower.
Two other bedrooms share a full bath with tub/shower. There are big, walk-in closets in each
bedroom. One room has a king size bed and the other has two double beds. There
are tvs in all three bedrooms.
There is a fully equipped kitchen with a breakfast bar that seats six, side by side fridge,
dishwasher, toaster and toaster oven, microwave, and a new 4-burner glass top stove and oven.
The adjoining dining area seats four and leads to an enclosed, screened sunroom and an outside
patio.
You can share the heated pool next door with the owners Maggie and John.
The fenced-in yard is shaded by a large Live Oak.
The house sits on a canal with it's own dock in Oyster Creek with only one bridge to the
Intercoastal. You're within 10 minutes of the Gulf of Mexico.
There is a canoe that goes with the rental.
There is a one and a half car garage and off street parking. Your washer and dryer are there, also.
