Our two story home has been completely redone w/new hardwood floors  
on second level & stairs.  All new furniture throughout!  Private  
entry 2 car garage.  Private, landscaped patio with new patio table  
& chair set.  High ceilings and lots of windows light up a formal  
dining room; large family room w/new 32" Sharp Aquos LCD HDTV and  
new Sony DVD/VCR combo, gas fireplace, new queen size sofabed/couch  
and fully-equipped island kitchen.  Separate laundry w/new oversized  
washer & dryer and a quest 1/2 bath complete the downstairs. 
 
Upstairs are two "Master Suites."  One Master is very large w/new  
King Bed, new 32" Sharp Aquos LCD HDTV, separate/generous seating  
area w/new queen sofabed/couch, two closets (one walk-in) and direct  
access into a full hall bath w/dual sinks, tolit & tub/shower combo  
which is also shared by a third bedroom w/new queen bed.  The other  
large Master has a new California-King bed, seating area, new 32"  
Sharp Aquos LCD HDTV, attached full bath w/separate dual sink areas,  
oval soaking tub, large shower and spacious walk-in closet.

***One Week Minimum Rental Policy*** 
*Winter=   $ 2,000-$ 2,500/week; $300-$400/day (after 1 week min. rental) 
*Summer=   $ 2,500-$ 3,000/week; $400-$500/day (after 1 week min. rental) 
*Holidays & Special Events= $ 3,000/week. 
*Discount for over a Month rental. Please email and/or call for rates. 
*Available for Long Term Rental. Please email and/or call for rates. 
*Security Deposit= $1,000 including a non-refundable Cleaning Fee of $250
