Poise Cottage 1BR+Sleeping Loft in Phoenicia

unique cottage with 1bedroom and sleeping loft on the outskirts of the
village yet only a few steps to the esopus creek and a few more to the
center of town. everything you need is a quick walk and on the nyc
trailways bus line. surrounded by watershed there are few homes and
abundant nature. landscaped with "Lotties Lounge" for reading or just
relaxing. with outdoor fountain and hammock, you are sure to forget
all... great retreat for writing or just getting away. town has all
from a supermarket to restaurants/bar and art galleries. the cottage
has been built with love and it shows everywhere you look. i've been
told by guests that stayed a week that they continued to find new
things they hadn't seen prior. entire space is made of wood, there is
no sheetrock or vinyl. it's what a cottage in the woods is supposed to
be but with many upgrades. garden beds surround the cottage and
continue to expand. filled with positive energy you are sure to not want
to leave (as i'm told by most every guest. when your time does come to
leave, you will leave with a new perspective and appreciation for this
wonderful small piece of the world.

antique refinished wood floors and radiant heated tiled bath with a 4'
shower and a huge 4'x5' window to look out of from the separate
clawfoot tub. cathedral ceiling with uplighting built in to the beams
and french doors that look out back. suede  designer rolf benz couch
with 4 skins of  sheepskin rug and custom antique table. eating nook and
breakfast bar, fully equip kitchen with high-end appliances and
everything needed to cook,
bake and prepare your meals should you decide not to have some of the
great food in local establishments. plasma tv in the lr with dvd, there
is a tv in the loft.   both the BR and
loft have queen beds and there is an antique stained glass window in
the loft. too may unique touches and much love has gone into the
creation of this space and i am offering here for others to appreciate
as i do.

this is also as stated on the outskirts of the village but please look at the supplied google map and understand this is not a cottage seculed in the middle of the woods with no one in sight. its a village of olnly 388 people but its a village. the surronding land is NYC watershed and all natural. there is a small area that is residental and thus the small population.

this area is renowned for its trout fishing and being watershed area
there is much hiking to be had, concerts,sking, (Hunter, Bellayre,
Plattekill, Windham),
antique shopping, kayaking/ tubing on the Esopus,
i can rent you mountain bikes in woodstock and have them here for you
and return them.
fly fishing, seasonal festivals, golfing, swimming,
horseback riding, rock and ice climbing,
sightseeing is in reasonable proximity,  
great restaurants in town and surrounding areas

tubeing,hiking,art,horses,swimming,kayak,great food,sking,best trout
fishing, the gunks are 40 minutes away and people come from all over
the world to climb them. don't forget the most important activity...
Poise

2 night minimum-$350. additional days for $125 and week $900. based on
double occupancy. additional cleaning fee of $50 for 2nights,$75 for
3-5 nights and $100 for 6-7 nights(the cottage is immaculate). paypal
security deposit to secure
reservation of $300 which is refunded to your paypal within 72hrs of
your departure.

i will accept credit card payments for your stay but there is a 5%

if your stay falls on a holiday add 50$

if a person is added its 25$ per person, per day
