The house was built within the last 5 years, so everything is new + 
in mint condition with brand new flooring!  Every appliance is top of the line.  There are 
two bedrooms, a fold-out sofa, air-conditioning, and a full bathroom 
w/bathtub & shower. The house sleeps six comfortably, and there's 
parking for two cars.  

Best of all - enjoy the outdoor wood deck that has patio seating, 
outdoor speakers, and a built-in gas grill.  Great Summer Nights 
Await!  

This beautiful house has 3 TVs with DirecTV satellite, and it has 
TIVO!  And PlayStation-1 for the kids (with plenty of games).

If you have kids, this is the perfect vacation spot.  The beach 
association clubhouse right down the block has fantastic events, 
including sand sculpture contests, 'all you can eat' ice cream 
night, volleyball tournaments, and trips to nearby Atlantic City 
(activities vary).  

The private, single family house is located south of Point Pleasant 
and north of Seaside Heights - you can drive to these amusement 
parks in about five minutes.  It is also about 90 minutes from New 
York and Philadelphia, 45 minutes to Atlantic City, and within 
walking distance to numerous restaurants, grocery stores, churches, 
playgrounds, etc. 

No Groups, Proms, Smoking, or Pets!

Some of the activities in the area include: miniature golf, minor 
league baseball, water parks, arcades, amusement parks, fishing, 
crabbing, swimming, snorkeling/diving, boating, sailing, water-
skiing, surfing, windsurfing, jet skiing, rafting, biking, tennis, 
basketball, shopping, cinemas, sightseeing, etc. 

Also, the local beach clubhouse (1 block away) has plenty of 
activities for the kids!

$890-$1490/week - Off Peak (May, June & September)
$1640/week - Peak Season (July & August)

Also, multiple week rentals (two weeks or more) receive another 5% discount. 

The local beach association charges an additional fee to access the 
private beach, bay + nearby clubhouse. Last year the fee was 
$85/week/house (Check with Ocean Beach Yacht Club). This is a 
separate charge from rent, it does not go to the owner, but is 
certainly worth it for renters.
