House is located less than a mile into town for shopping,
restaurants and plays at Algonquin Arts. Very nice riverfront
restaurants nearby as well. Manasquan has clean beautiful wide
beaches with great waves for surfing. It is a very family friendly
town with lovely shops, nice restaurants, places to get ice cream,
lots of parks, you can bike anywhere and is a short drive to Point
Pleasant boardwalk or Spring Lake. Fishing and sightseeing boats
out of the Brielle Boat Basin or ten minutes by car and you can
enjoy the amusement rides on the boardwalk in Pt. Pleasant.
Manasquan and nearby beaches have beach concerts and fireworks every
week. Other nearby shore towns to explore include Belmar, Spring
Lake, Avon, Bradley Beach, and historic Ocean Grove. New York City
is 60 miles to the north and is easily accessible by train, bus or
car. Atlantic City is 60 miles south.
