Within the confines of Gingerbread House is a 1 bedroom/1 bath Seasonal Rental suitable for 2-3 people. Everything you need is provided in this bright and delightful apartment – right down to the silverware. It features a work area kitchen, dining/living room and bedroom. There is a queen size bed in the bedroom and a sofa bed in the living room.
Just outside the French doors in the living room is a lovely, shaded deck ideal for lazy afternoons or warm winter evenings.

Weekly: $600/week, plus Security Deposit of $300. The Reservation Deposit is $300 and the application fee is $50.

Monthly: $1,800/month, plus Security Deposit of $300. The Reservation Deposit is $900 the application fee is $50.
Rental Terms: A completed application with $50 application fee plus a deposit of 50% of the rental fee will secure your reservation. This reservation deposit will be credited to your rent. Week begins on Saturday, with check in after 3 PM and ends the following Saturday, with check out at 10 AM.
