The Gingerbread House, with its charming and inviting living and dining room, is a 3 bedroom, 2 ½
bath multi-level home. It is located in downtown Lake Worth, Florida – with its intriguing shops,
friendly sidewalk cafes, a historic playhouse, Movie Theater and a variety of international
restaurants.

Stay at the Gingerbread House and you will be in the heart of all the winter fun. It’s just a few
minutes from Bryant Park, a vibrant on-the-water playground; the Municipal Golf Course and
Restaurant; and LESS than 1 mile from the sparkling waters and splendid beaches of the Atlantic Ocean

It has a fully equipped eat-in Kitchen with everything at your fingertips. The Master bedroom, with
its private entry, has a queen size bed, a small office alcove, and private bath with double sinks.
The other 2 bedrooms, one with a queen bed, the other with 2 single beds, are located on the second
level and share a bathroom. A ½ bath is located on the main level.

Just outside the French doors in the dining room is a lovely, shaded deck ideal for lazy afternoons
or warm winter evenings.

A/C, Cable TV, and DVD/ CD player are provided as well as all the linens. The Kitchen has a gas
range and oven, microwave, dishwasher, refrigerator with icemaker, toaster, coffee maker, dishes and
cooking utensils. High-Speed Internet included.

You will find Golf, Shuffleboard, Fishing, Shopping, Restaurants, Live Theater, Museums, Sightseeing,
Snorkeling and Diving close by. We are located near Palm Beach, West Palm Beach and Palm Beach
International Airport. Up-scale dining, shopping and entertainment at City Place Shopping Center,
Kravis Center for the Performing Arts and the famous Worth Avenue adds to the exciting ambiance of
the area.

Rates: (US dollars)
Weekly: $1400/week, plus Security Deposit of $700. The Reservation Deposit is $700 and the
application fee is $50.
Monthly: $4,200/month, plus Security Deposit of $700. The Reservation Deposit is $2,100 and the
application fee is $50.

Rental Terms: A completed application with $50 application fee plus a deposit of 50% of the rental
fee will secure your reservation. This reservation deposit will be credited to your rent. Week
begins on Saturday, with check in after 3 PM and ends the following Saturday, with check out at 10 AM.
