Luxury Oceanfront condo with Wrap-Around Balcony! in Paradise Village

Our beautiful BEACH FRONT condo is situated within the Paradise Village Resort in a gated residential community (Playa Royal - corner unit, 3100 sq. feet). You can enjoy the privacy and solitude of a private home and yet be just a few steps from incredible beaches, a full range of resort activities, great shopping at Paradise Village’s two-story shopping mall, a grocery store, several fine restaurants--even a small zoo.

Across the street is a nice restaurant (Fajita Republic) and 2 blocks up the street is a WORLD CLASS GOLF COURSE (El Tigre)!

There is a free shuttle that will take you anywhere on the grounds of this huge five-star resort! Easy access to buses, cabs, and a water taxi that can take you to downtown Puerto Vallarta.

BEDROOMS: All the bedrooms have a sand colored travertine marble sink and shower. There is a tub in the master bath. All the bedrooms feature rustic fans made out of natural materials, with remote control.

The MASTER BEDROOM: Has a king size bed and his and hers sinks. Sliding glass doors open onto the large wrap around balcony with a fantastic panoramic view of the ocean.

The 2ND BEDROOM: Has a king size bed and a small private balcony.

The 3RD BEDROOM: Has 2 double beds and a mermaid wall mural painted by a local artist.

The DINING ROOM: Has a table that seats 8 and two custom designed, painted glass, lighting installations.

The LIVING ROOM: Features a bose surround sound system, with a 50 inch flat screen TV that doubles as the computer monitor. There is internet access in the unit (and WIFI in the building lobby). We have a selection of DVDs, CDs, puzzles, and other games.

The BALCONY: Has a panoramic view of Banderas Bay and the Sierra Madre Mountains in the distance. If you're lucky you'll spot a pod of dolphins swimming by while eating breakfast! The balcony features a wet bar and a Jacuzzi tub.

The POOL AREA: Has a hot tub and a nice sized swimming pool with a palapa at each end, several lounge chairs, and 4 tables with umbrellas. Each palapa features a gas grill for your al fresco dining use.  The whole pool area is surrounded by impeccably kept lawn and gardens. The whole building and grounds are enclosed and have a friendly 24 hour security staff.
