We also have two neighboring duplexes, When Pigs Fly and Dream Big, if you are trying to accomodate a larger group.

Each unit has a spacious living area with wide open Gulf views and a large covered porch. The beautifully equipped kitchen is open to the living area and features custom cabinets, granite counters and stainless appliances.

The master bedroom has a king-sized bed, private bath with separate jacuzzi tub, shower and double vanity and access to the Little Lagoon side porch. The second bedroom features a queen bed and private bath. The third has a pair of twins and a private bath. Large porches on both units for enjoying wonderful views, Gulf breezes and the sound of the surf.

Covered parking for two cars plus additional parking. The property is conveniently located 2.5 miles west of Hwy 59. This section of West Beach has no condos, no crowds, beautiful white sand beaches. Close to restaurants, shopping including a major outlet center, 1 1/2 blocks to good fishing spot.

Private pool just for our duplex! Easy walk to beach. One of the few houses here with an elevator.
