Open the gate with your private code and enter the most glorious 6000
sq. ft. estate home available in Ponte Vedra. Step outside
your backdoor and discover your own ocean front pool not heated) and 8-person
hot tub(rarely found anywhere else)and then just walk down your own
private walkway to the beach. It's all here for you ... your own
vacation resort for your family, two or three families, reunions,
WEDDINGS or business retreats. The best of the best!
Walk into the foyer, up the spiral staircase to the expansive
living room with cathedral ceiling and gaze through the windows
to your first view of the pool, fountain and ocean.  Look to your left into
the formal dining room that seats eight. Then look into the
updated kitchen, everything you need plus a breakfast room
overlooking the ocean that also seats eight. To your right,
enter the private Master Bedroom suite (one of two suites)
with a king size bed, sitting room, private balcony
overlooking the ocean with TV. The master bath
is exceptional with the double sinks, full walk-in shower and
whirlpool tub.
Walk up the spiral staircase to the third floor and discover
the second Master Bedroom Suite, a carbon copy of the first.
Plus two additional bedrooms, one with a King and one with a
Queen. Both have TVs.
Now the first floor ... a large Family/Game room with lots of
gadgets for all ages including an exercise bike, stair stepper, 
pinball machine, popcorn machine, electric piano, TV with DVD
player, stereo system and more. A wet bar and bar refrigerator
add to the fun. Relax and play! There is an extra sofa bed in this
room. The 5th bedroom around the corner has a trundle bed and
6th bedroom has queen Murphy bed. A couple extra air beds will work for a couple kids.
A full laundry room is also located
on the first floor.
A Home Office is also included to help stay in touch. Laptop
Computer (with FAX machine and printer) is provided along
with DSL and wireless.
Just 10 to 12 minutes from Sawgrass and 20 minutes to historic
St. Augustine ... and golf, fishing, boating and more in between

Serenata Beach Club 5 minutes south - with two pools, restaurant, bar
and fitness center - for $230 a week for group (10 people, not including kids 6 and under).

June and July - $5700/wk.

New Years and Gator Bowl weeks.
$800 nightly rate with 3 night minimum (October - March).
