there will be noise and dust until next winter.Our condo is always rented but we decided we owed it to our guests to not put them thru the mess.Our last guest left in December.We need to get back to normal.Our rates will be$600 including tax cleaning is $75.The rate is for 4 $100 extra for 6.Fall rates for 2people are $450 please phone for winter weekly monthly rates.New rules-No smoking inside.No smoking on balcony-smoke at the beach.

  We are located in Ormond By The Sea-12 miles north of Daytona-where the ocean view goes on and on and on.Don't be deceived by some other listings.We are located by the ocean.Great views.Our buiding needs work due to the sea air and the moisture.The work is outside on the balconies-there will be noise we cannot give any finish or work dates.We are offering huge discounts-when work is completed our rates wil go up.please phone for information .

Come see the sunrise at our Ormond By The Sea condo at Seabridge
South. We have provided a great home away from home to enjoy the
beautiful sunrise,the sea and the sand. Our condo is located in the
quiet part of Ormond by The Sea.There are no buildings beach side
for miles.The view is wonderful and the beach is just steps
away.Beach access is across the road by the pool.New steps to the
beach were finished in March.We are about 12 miles from Daytona
Beach.Close enough for the fun but far enough for the peace.Our
balcony is a perfect spot to watch the sunrise,have your morning
coffee and juice,read a book,plan your day or just gaze at the ocean
look for the schools of dolphin or watch the seabirds fly by the
balcony.
We bought the condo in early 2002.It was a great condo then
but it is better now.We have made a true home away from home and our
guests aggree.They return!! We provide all the comforts of home with
the beauty of the ocean as a backdrop.After all is said our guests
come to the beach for the
ocean and the sand and the peace.
**HURRICANE POLICY ** In 2005 & 2006 & 2007 no hurricanes affected
our are but June-November is
hurricane season.We do not want you in danger so if a named
hurricane looks like it is threatning Florida during the vacation
time you have booked we will give you a refund or another vacation
week or weeks,this is your choice.We cannot control the weather or
storms but we can be fair in our
policies.

Family owned and operated since 2002.We have excellent help in
Florida.Our condo has been remodeled ,new floors bath-room
vanities,new shower in the master bath,new king size bed in master
and(our guests phone to find out what kind of matress we have) new
sofa sleeper in the great room.There are three cable
tvs,dvd,vcr,cd palyer and sterio,full size washer and dryer.beach
items.Quite a few of our guests tell us it was the best equipped
condo they have stayed.We put much thought into the amenities we
provide.The complex has a lovely heated pool for your cool
day enjoyment. Beach access is at the corner by the
pool.

Some of the many things to do are golfing ,fishing,swimming,boat
trips,day trips to Orlando,the space center,and St.Augustine.Daytona
has a wonderful flea market. Of course there is the race track and
go-carting.Explore the back roads and many state parks in the area.
