50% of Rental fee is due upon execution of rental agreement, with the
reminder due 30 days prior to
occupancy.
A $ 1,000.00 security deposit is due on all rentals. These funds will
be returned to you within
15days of your departure, less any invoices for damages incurred
during your stay.
Cancellations within 30 days prior to occupancy will receive a refund
of your money less $75.00
cancellation fee, less than 30 days; NO REFUNDS.
Utilities are included in rental fee.
