This condo is breathtaking and in a perfect location. It is conveniently located in downtown South
Haven, while also located on the edge of the river/channel that feeds into Lake Michigan. The deck overlooks the river and Lake Michigan, so you have a perfect view of the boat traffic and the lighthouse!  You can also see the pedestrians walking down to the nearby South beach. The
view simply cannot be beat. As to the interior of the condo itself, the pictures say it all.

The weekly rate for the peak season (June 13 - September 12) is $4,180 plus 6% Michigan sales tax.
The nightly rate for the peak season is $790 plus 6% Michigan sales tax. There is
a 3-night minimum stay required and a $120 cleaning fee for all rentals less than 5 days. For
rentals more than 5 days, the cleaning is included in the rental rate.

The nightly rate for the off season is $260 plus 6% Michigan sales tax. There is
a 3-night minimum stay required and a $120 cleaning fee for all rentals less than 5 days. For
