Lighthouse Pointe Condo-City South Marina in South Haven

This condo is breathtaking and in a perfect location. It is conveniently located in downtown South Haven, while also located on the edge of the river/channel that feeds into Lake Michigan. The deck overlooks the river and Lake Michigan, so you have a perfect view of the boat traffic and the lighthouse!  You can also see the pedestrians walking down to the nearby South beach. The
view simply cannot be beat. As to the interior of the condo itself, the pictures say it all.

Strolling downtown for shopping or to South Beach for fun in the sun. Boat or people watching from the deck. Swimming in the condo pool.  Bike riding or running on the Kal-Haven trail.  Too many activities to mention them all!

The weekly rate for the peak season for 2012 (June 9 - September 8) is $4,290 plus 6% Michigan sales tax.  The nightly rate for the peak season is $695 plus 6% Michigan sales tax. There is a 3-night minimum stay required and a $120 cleaning fee for all rentals less than 5 days. For rentals more than 5 days, the cleaning is included in the rental rate.  Our current policy is that we do offer a minimum of a 3-night stay during the peak season, but only 2-3 weeks prior to the date of interest if the entire week is not rented at that time.

The weekly rate for the off season for 2012 (September 9 - June 8) is $2,000 plus 6% Michigan sales tax. The nightly rate for the off season is $290 plus 6% Michigan sales tax. There is a 3-night minimum stay required and a $120 cleaning fee for all rentals less than 5 days. For rentals more than 5 days, the cleaning is included in the rental rate.

PLEASE NOTE: Although the minimum stay during the peak season is 3-nights, we generally do not offer the 3-night stay duration until 2-3 weeks prior to the date of interest if the full week has not been rented.  Prior to that 2-3 week period, the minimum stay is generally a one-week duration.  Currently, our rental period runs from Saturday to Saturday.
