the amenities of home. King bed in Master, Queen bed in 2nd bedroom,
and 2 Full beds in 3rd bedroom. The property is located on a scenic
wooded lot with a deck overlooking 150 feet of shoreline on Lake
Arrowhead.
With a 8 person outdoor Hot Tub on the outside deck overlooking the lake; this
vacation getaway spot is exactly what you're looking for!!

Skiing - Gaylord is centrally located inside Michigan's "Snowbelt",

cross country routes. All major ski resorts (Boyne, Crystal, etc.)
are only a 30 - 45 minute drive from Lake Arrowhead.
Snowmobiling - Zoom through the best snowmobile country in the North.
Gaylord's trail system connects thousands of miles of marked and
groomed trails. State trail access only a 2 mile ride from house.
Fall Colors - The scenery is fantastic during the fall months with
colors peaking in early to mid October each year.

Note: July and August are a minimum 1 Week (Sun - Sun) Stay.
Fall: Sept 15 - Dec 14 $1,000.00/ Week and $500.00/ Weekend
Winter: Dec 15 - May 31 $1,200.00/ Week and $600.00/ Weekend
Spring: April 1 - May 14 $1,000.00/ Week and $500.00/ Weekend
Long Weekends are available upon request at $125 each additional
night.

A $100 Deposit is required at the time of booking to hold
reservation.
Balance is Due 30 days prior to arrival.
