floor of the building. This condo
is furnished to be your home away from home! The master bedroom has
a king-size bed, mounted TV,
ceiling fan, and sliding-glass doors to the screened-in balcony. The
balcony overlooks the beautiful
blue water of the Gulf of Mexico and the white, sandy beach. The
guest bedroom has two twin beds.
Both the master and guest bathrooms were completely remodeled
beginning 2008. There is a fully
equipped kitchen complete with all appliances, dishes, flatware,
cookware and many other
conveniences. All linens are included - just bring your beach towel!
Seaside has a beautiful
swimming pool as well as a covered area with a picnic table and
grill for everyone to enjoy. Unit
308 is privately owned.

Payment is only accepted in the quoted currency unless the currency
and the amount is specifically
agreed in advance with the owner.

Additional discounts may be given for rentals of one month or more.
Rates are for 4 people. No
additional fees or cleaning costs will be added. Price includes
everything except the 11% Florida
tax.
Until reservation is confirmed, rates are subject to change without
notice.
Deposit: $200 - $300 depending on season
The unit also requires a damage deposit. This is 100% refundable
upon return of the keys and and
inspection of the property. Any damage will be deducted from this
amount. Once the damage deposit is
received your reservation is secure. Full payment must be received
(4) weeks prior to arrival. (Do
not post date check for rental dates.)
Cancellation schedule is as follows:
60 days prior to reservation - full refund
Less than 60 days - deposit forfeited
