Our Vacation Home. Fox Point, in the New Park, Redstone Shopping
Village section of Park City Utah.

information. Our 2 Bedroom, 2 Bath condo is a spacious and fully
equipped beautiful vacation home for occupancy by 4 adults or a family
of 4 humans (unfortunately we cannot allow pets). The setting is
furnished for year round comfort. Superior bedding, carpet, gas
fireplace, jetted tub, work area with computer, and 4 in 1, washer
dryer, flat screen TV, DVD, Water purification system, water softener
(you really need these) etc. Walk out the door to Trails, Whole Foods,
the Movie Theater, Free Bus service, Many Restaurants (Upscale and
down), Boutique shops, Equipment Rental shops, 3 Recreation/Fitness
locations, 2 Dry Cleaners, 4 coffee shops, (Yes, we have a Starbucks),
Super Market, Liquor store, Post Office, Banks. etc. etc. YES, YES,
you really can WALK safely and comfortably on real sidewalks to all of
this and much more. Take a shuttle from SLC and never need a car when
staying at our Vacation home.

All the renowned Park City recreational activities including the
Swaner preserve, Cycling and Ski trails are just outside the complex,
an easy walk away. Or walk to Redstone Bus Stop and hop the FREE
Park City bus to Old Town and other venues. Regular on time service
usually every 40 minutes or more frequently during busy season.

Our rates range from $700-$1900/week. We also have rates for 3 day
rentals. Currently 12/20/08-1/1/09, and Sundance week are booked.
