Vacation Rental Rates

Peak Season (May, June, July, August, holidays)  Weekly 
rentals only $2500.00 
Standard Season (March, September, October 1-25, November 1-15)  
$1800.00 per week 
$500.00 per night (3 night minimum) 
Low Season (January, February, December 1-15) $1200.00 per week  
$400.00 per night (3 night minimum) 
Bristol Race Weekends - Please call for rates 
All rates plus tax and security deposit.  Reservations held with 
credit card to be followed within 10 days by a check for 50% of the 
total rate. 
Dogs allowed.  Crated dogs: $25.00  Uncrated dogs: $50.00 Rates are 
per dog up to three.
