Our luxurious 5 bedroom and 4 bathroom vacation rental home offers
spacious accommodation for up to 10 people. The property is located on
the prestigious Calabay Parc at Tower Lake gated community on Highway
27 with convenient access to I-4 and just a 15-20 minute drive to Walt
Disney World.

Many of Central Florida's other world famous attractions including,
Universal, Seaworld, Legoland and Busch Gardens are all close by, as well as
numerous shopping malls, many excellent golf courses, the Kennedy
Space Center plus the beaches on the Atlantic and Gulf coasts.

This recently built executive villa is superbly positioned on a large
corner lot, close to, with views and access to a beautiful fishing lake.
The property is fully air conditioned and offers spacious
accommodation. It has 5 large bedrooms...3 are king master suites and
2 are twin rooms, 4 bathrooms, a spacious lounge, den with queen sofa
bed, dining room, breakfast area, fully equipped kitchen, utility room
and a games room with pool table, air hockey and foosball. A computer,
high speed internet and Wifi are provided for your use.

Outside is a sparkling heated pool, spa, large sunny deck, shaded
lanai, luxury poolside furniture, sun loungers. The pool area has privacy hedges on both sides and palm trees. A gas bbq is available.

Bedrooms;-
Our privately owned vacation home comfortably sleeps up to 10 people
and has 3 master bedrooms, all have king beds, en-suite bathrooms,
cable television and dvd players and one of the masters has direct
access to the pool area. Two of the king masters are on the first
floor (ground level) and the third king is on the second floor.
The other 2 bedrooms have twin beds and they are on the second floor
and share the 4th bathroom. One of the twin rooms also has access to
the bathroom through an adjoining door, making it en-suite when the
5th bedroom isn't being used. There is a double queen size sofa bed in
the den on the ground level. We also provide a crib (cot), bed linen,
towels and hairdryers.

Family rooms, dining and breakfast areas;-
Our luxury Florida villa offers spacious accommodation. There is a
large lounge that overlooks and has access to the covered lanai and
the pool deck through glass sliding doors. This room has sofas, a love
seat, cable television, dvd player, a selection of films and board
games. The second family room/den is entered through double doors and
has a sofa, cable television, playstation 2 and games.
The property has 3 dining areas. A breakfast area adjacent to the
kitchen with table, stools and breakfast bar, for outside snacks a
patio table and 4 luxury chairs in the shaded lanai area next to the
pool and a more formal seating for 6 or more people in the dining room
for those special evening meals.

Pool deck and games room;-
Outside you will find the sparkling L shaped heated swimming pool,
spa, large sunny deck with privacy hedges and palm trees, shaded
lanai, luxurious poolside furniture and sun loungers.
A computer and high speed internet are provided for you to use and
wifi is also available in the villa and outside on the pool deck.... so bring along your laptop. The
property has a fully carpeted games room with pool table, air hockey
and foosball. There is off road parking for 2 cars.

Pool and spa heating  $189

12% tax to be added to all rates.

Our weekly rates include end of stay cleaning fee.

We accept payment by credit card through PayPal.

Our rentals are usually weekly or longer but we can offer stays of 4-6
nights for fill in dates.  Some weeks are Saturday to Saturday.

There is a end of stay cleaning fee of $105 for 6 nights or less.

A 25% booking deposit is required when you make a reservation. This is part payment towards the rental.

Your reservation will be confirmed when we receive this deposit and the return of a completed booking form.

Final payment of the balance of the rental is required 8 weeks before you arrive for your stay.

We require a $380 refundable security deposit 3 weeks prior to arrival date.
